Wow, this is real good. Very clever. Nice referencing to Star Trek 3 and obviously a clear understanding of history to be able to reflect it Trek style. Excellent Work.
And accually, if by Red the person means the Russians, then yes, in the Original Series, they were supposed to be symbolic of the relationship with Russia during the show's very first run.
