No one should Demonize Healthcare professionals. The reason why they charge so much is because everytime they turn around, a lawyer is trying to sue them over something they did or did not do. Do you actually know what malpractice insurance is for a MD? It's more than you probably make in a year. That's because everytime you turn on the TV you are looking at lawyer commercials asking you if you were prescribed certain medications.

We are ignoring lessons learned. Insurance is the problem, not the solution. Notice no one demonizes the medical professionals who charge $800 per suture.
The sense of entitlement in this country astounds me. Maybe it was the way I raised?

Ya know, if I were a Senator, I wouldn't even bother reading the 1st page of a 2000 page bill. They just made you read a 1500 page bill that didn't fly, and a 1000 page one that didn't fly either ... I'd just wait for the 90,000 page bill that should come in the next couple of weeks after this one fails

13 new taxes in the house bill. Cost over 1 TRILLION dollars. They are going to cut 500 billion in fraud and abuse to pay for it? Right! they have been saying that sense the 70s. This is just a power grab and will cost American people dearly. 26 million still won't be covered. Does this make any sense at all? Taxes will go up now but the plan won't go in effect til 2013?
