By all accounts French military tactics are being used by several countries as specific tactics to avoid. France has only recently achieved some military success in illegally overthrowing Aristide in Haiti, as well as Gbagbo in Ivory Coast.
Now, they're killing children and farmers in Libya. Chiens! What cowards!
