Atlanta LOVED Skynyrd -- still does

Robert Johnson ceated this song, Clapton further developed it to a great version AND Lynyrd Skynyrd polish it to perfection. Skynyrds version is the best version of Crossroads in my opinion.
When opening for Eric Claptons US tour RVZ sad -We really like Clapton alot, but to night we gone kick his ass. And they did!

The BEST cover since CLAPTON and Cream!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well this was just awesome! But only thing that i couldnt heard like in Creams original version was the guitar and bass jamming with each other. I really missed that. But otherways just a perfect version. Thanks for the uploader. You are the man dude

just great..and leave it at that! xx

i went down to the CROSSROADS YEAHHHHHHHHHHHH

This is Lynyrd Skynyrd covering Cream who covered Robert Johnson. This is so close to Cream's version. The original sounds like a totally different song. Not bad, just different. A Clapton cover seems to improve a song most of the time. He has a great musical sense. Look at the J.D. Souther songs he's covered. MUCH better than the originals.

@luthierboy Actually, Cream's "Crossroads" is a cover of Robert Johnson - Crossroads.
I actually prefer this version to the Cream version-Much More Energy!
