Xantrex Powersource Mobile Mini Review

Quick review and demo of the Xantrex powersource mobile mini, which is a rechargeable usb power source. The mobile mini is a pretty powerful unit for the price. It features a very large 3 amp hour lithium ion polymer battery, which is good enough to run your ipod, cellphone and other small electronics all day long. It is also capable of recharging devices like cellphones and ipods for 3 - 4 full charges before the powersource mini needs to be recharged. The mini features 2 types of usb charging ports, the first being a standard female usb 2.0 port for most of you mp3 players, lights, fans and messaging phones. The second is a mini usb port, which can be used to charge most gps systems, blackberries and a lot of other smart phones. The mobile mini also comes with some nice accessories, a multiple use car adapter to usb device and a standard wall adapter to usb adapter. Just within the sort time that I've had the powersource mobile mini, I have found many uses for it. I was able to use it as a power source for my usb lamp, making it good in an emergency and I also found it to be quite a good paperweight (lol) for those days when I have a fan running.
