Attempted to climb Ben Lui in full Winter snow conditions without crampons or ice-axe, so gave up about 1/2 way up. Managed to bag some fantastic wintery blue sky views though. Then on the way home, I kept stopping to video every snow peaked mountain that I passed.

  • This video is incredible. Ben More and Stobinian are huge compared to all the others. Im staying near them and the Lawers range in April 2011. My first time up to Scotland im looking forward to it. Im going to be doing mountain tributes btw.

Yip, it's not called Ben More for nothing! It's a big steep bugger and I hated climbing it (see my other video).

You'll absolutely love it up here.

I have videos of most of the Lawers Range too - Glass & Lawers, Tarmachan Ridge etc.

  • @jwramsay16 Ben More reminds me slightly of Ben Nevis. Also the mountain at 4:17 on the right is very big. Is that Ben Vorlich?. Also on my channel ive put you on my mountaineers to look at thing. Fantastic video.

It's another of the Crainlarich Hills Cruach Ardrain, still to do that one myself.
