whats the song at 1:36 ish??

Then it was either a fake, A Fender "Squier Series" (which are Squiers), or it was a Fender "Squier Series" someone sanded the "Squier Series" label off of.

@Kangaxxter Hey once I had a strat that said made in Korea. It was not a high quality guitar and maybe early 90s make. I think it said Fender and not Squire. It also had a hue of Blue that I hadn't seen before.

what's all this moonspeak about?
If the guitar says Made in Mexico, it was made in Fender's Ensenada plant in Mexico.
If it says Made in America, then was made in Fender's Coronado plant in California.
If it says Crafted in Japan or Made in Japan, then it was made in Japan, was sold in Japan, and was exported out of Japan by someone beside the Fender Company.
There are no exceptions to this. There are no other places that manufacture Fender Guitars, legally.

Yep .....around £400 not dollars.

As you point out many times only a fuckwit can't tell the difference in quality!
Next he'll be saying that a Squier Strat is exactly the same quality as an American Deluxe or Todd Krause Master Built Custom Shop model. Obviously everyone in the world is a fool for parting with hundreds of £ or $ extra. Obviously Fender are so clever at Marketing that they can fool us. I've got a Mexican, all I could afford at the time. But I am under no illusion which looked and felt better quality.

American Strats are made in America USA, not Mexico and then shipped to the US. That's why they are made better and they use better quality parts and thats why they say MADE IN USA not Made in America. I've heard that some of the Mexican ones use bodies shipped from the American plant since they are so close. Fender could never get away with shipping Strats from Mexico and calling them Made in the USA. There is a reason for the price difference. It's MADE IN USA it does not say MADE IN AMERICA
