How to install ROM and live wallpaper on your 2.1 HTC Hero (CDMA) 06\07\2010

The files you need
The ROM: http://www.4shared.com/file/cqmUS6qN/RegawMOD_v21t_signed.html ( If this link for the ROM don't work go to this link and choose RegawMOD v2.1 themed http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=661991
Live Wallpaper: http://link.geekfor.me/freshopenglslwp

Instructions:Connect your Android to the computer and make sure its on Disk Drive, Put the ROM file on the root of your SD card,
then turn off the phone and hold down the bottom of the volume button and power, When the screen comes on press Home button to boot in recovery mode
then go to wipe and wipe to factory, then go back to flash zip and select your ROM,
After it installs go back and reboot the phone. And the phone has the ROM .Now to install the Live wallpaper zip
just do it the same way except you don't wipe nothing.

Will this work on my, phone, i rooted with z4root, Im not sure if that qualifies as a real root, build # 2.32.651.2 and if it messes up where can i find the stock rom?
