It may help with tooth decay , but it's also a poison. Tell me, If it's good for your teeth , why would you ingest it ?

How? gross seeing all this MSG makes me sick and i get a rash around my mouth and i think its acne but its not now. Very enlightening.

When I eat things with MSG on the label my face swells and I get a red rash around my mouth I am thankful I figured out what the problem was I have been awfully sick from it lately. And wondered why I was feeling so sick after eating Pizza Hut and a Cinnamon roll it was packed with hidden MSG.

i agree, except the flouride part, thats not a problem, but aspartame, msg, various e-numbers, i think with time the EU or USA will eventually pass laws to regulate them all. but i hate the wait!!!!

What form of fluoride are you talking about? Fluoride has been used in the US in our water supplies since the 1950's, to help prevent tooth decay.

@joel10000a hahah yea to prevent tooth decay, but the fluoride the water companies use are not a natural source of fluoride, they come from the run off of pesticide crops. If i want my enamel to stay strong ill brush them myself. besides some recent studies have shown that ingesting fluoride hand no benefits at all.

@treyjohn18 I, for example am a case in point. I was growing up in the 1950's and I had a terrible record with the dentist. All kinds of tooth decay, and I did brush twice a day, because my parents saw to it! When fluoride was introduced into our local water, my cavities totally disappeared, and I very rarely have them now, as long as I brush regularly! I say you are totally wrong about fluoride having no effect on tooth decay, because nothing changed with me except the fluoride.

Everything in moderation and you wont have a problem unless you are allergic then avoid it.

That's just it, it's in so many different things, you need to avoid it in things you can tell (by reading the labels before you buy it in the grocery store), because you can't tell in restaurants.
