To do Forward Standing Bend Properly to Decrease Anxiety:
Simply bring your head below your heart. This assists in dropping a person's blood pressure. While breathing deeply, fold forward at the hips and create a forward bend in times of high anxiety. This will remedy the anxious feeling rising in your mind and body. Do it as many times as you need throughout the day. At the office find a private space and forward bend you go.
