  • I love attacking from the overhook but I never knew how to effectively clear it. One of the guys at my gym started discovering overhook attacks as well so this will be essential against him.

  • What's Up!? What would you do if they have both arms trapped? I'm guessing you would free one arm first and then go through the series you just showed. Let a brother know lol. THANKS!
