Oh, and everybody arguing about Island/SST/U2 etc.? While saying "I read it on Wikipedia so it must be true" doesn't hold much water, the whole scene is discussed and indexed on Negativland's Wiki page. Go do some reading and research and... Um, come back here and argue more, I guess.

That wasent what they named it. But whatever. The cover of the record said U2 very large, and negativland very small at the bottom. So you dont know what you are talking about. Which means the website you are going to create will be a GREAT place for you to hang out because if its like the youtube that already exists, you will be surrounded by people just like yerself who talk about things they dont know about.

They need to invent an internet wormhole that attaches to every monitor so you can punch through the screen. I too noticed the phenomena of which you speak. It's like the old pre-internet days when people felt tough and powerful from moving vehicles. They weren't usually as bad though. Probably because you have a chance to throw rocks at them. Anyway Negland kicks the living shit out of U2 at stealing and making music.

i hate u2 soooooo much! those twats are the only people in the world who could stand on a 20' tall stage behind 10' barracades under a 30' projection screen of themselves and tell an audience that "all of this is to bring us closer to you". and U2 fans are so stupid they actually believe it! the band is a fuckin' joke of feel good market liberalism and their fans should get rid of the prius and get on a fuckin' bike!
