The TSC 300 Workout is a tangible way for you to measure your improvement as you burn fat, build muscle and transform your body.
The TSC 300 Challenge is designed to be done every Saturday. It's gives you a composite score that you can work to improve every week. The goal is to constantly improve and score 300 points.
The test consists of pull-ups, push-ups and a 3 mile run. Each section is worth 100 points for a totally possible score of 300.
