Adecir la verdade los movimientos de las chicas son poco sensual no me gusta mucho pero pueden hacerlo mejor esos saltos no estan en las mujeres ,para los hombres les doy lo maximo de puntos sus movimientos y saltos estan en la danza pero tambie pueden ser sensuales al estilo maculino digo lo que pienso no se ofendan de la creidica se aprende.

Actually this is in NY USA, those are San Simon VA-USA in the Saya contest 2008 in NY. There are two groups here in VA called San Simon and the one afiliated with San Simon in Cochabamba are called Universitarios. The people in this video are the local San Simon group here in VA.

3:42 The girl talkin on the microphone says "Caporales - San Simon" San Simon is a university located in Cochabamba - Bolivia. So... Its in Cochabamba... and more specifically, Cercado - Cochabamba.
