Dr. Maurice Rawlings, MD, a heart surgeon, has written a number of books on the near-death experience and clearly shows from his own practice and the experiences of his patients, that not everyone goes to the light when they die, where there is total love. He has written of many patients being resuscitated on the operating table and speaking about being in hell, where there was a real devil and demons, and where the inhabitants were tormented with fire. Perhaps negative NDEs are the higher self admonishing the person, warning the person to turn their lives around. I don't believe our Loving Father sends us to a hell but we send ourselves where love does not exist. Christians can't understand that there are people who don't need "God". They will try to turn you at any cost. Even if they need to make hell from your life. That's modern Christianity. They are doing whatever they want and after all, they demand forgiveness. LoL !

@Maarten8867 There is no such thing as an atheist in a storm force 9 gale force 10 in the middle of the Irish sea. The atheists started getting almost violent when I suggested that it wasn't their fault, it was just that they didn't want to let the idea in. The next day we hit very bad weather. @RealityDefenseLeague Do you think it is right to discount their experiences? Are you so sure their experiences were not real? If these experiences were not real, then why did they have such a powerful life changing impact on them? This was more than simple guilt.

Most of the time I feel like an alien living here cause I know that nobody can understand what happend to me and it's not something you forget even if you wanted to. so hearing those people talk about it is such a reliefe for me. I know that they can barely speak about it withouth crying cause it's so intense and it doesn't fade, EVER. I cried most of the time watching this although before that experience I was raised atheist and thought that God was some made up bullshit for stupid people.
