@Baxterbroable You have to have permission from the farmer, It is on the same road that nepoleans hill track is on.

how do you get to this track and does it take u anywhere or do you have to turn round and come back out

@89surf1 You turn off to go to the waipuna tunnels and continue down that road for some distance and you will see a phone number on the fence posts saying private property you must ring him and ask him for permission . He will tell you which gate to go through some one else organised it so i dont have the phone number my self it is a round track coming out at the back of ikamatua after crossing the upper gray river . It is best to go with some one who has been through before as we did .

It also has the rear leaf springs in the front with a coil rear diff out of a ln130 with 80 series coils and hiace van shocks its 3 link with pan hard which works really well for what it is .

Future mods will be a coiled front diff also 3 link with pan hard

Hi

Basically it used to be a non turbo then we got sick of no power and bolted the manifold off the 2lt on to it with the 2lte turbo charger which i found boosts better with the bigger tyres then we wound up the fuel and put washes behind the acuator to gain more boost

Then we put 4.8 diffs in it and a locker in the front and welded the rear we also put the 2lt gear box in it for diffferent gearing and more strength it also has no mufflers and the reg is on hod

Hey mate, awesome surf you have there. Keen to hear a bit about the setup.

What have you done to get the power out of it? Upped the fuel and boost I assume but what else?. Standard turbo setup? Not intercooled by the looks of it.

Gotta love that turbo spool - you running a muffler?

Must have lockers front and rear?

Is it actually certed and road legal lol?
