cool..now maybe the ATF should fill out paperwork requiring themselves to keep illegally selling guns to cartel members.
-
I'll keep this in mind if I do end up moving to AZ haha :)

Just picked up my Draco today, and ordered the forms to do an SBR. Thanks for sharing !

That thing looks like a staple gun from hell.

Soo.. if you're under 21, you can't be approved for a form 1 on a trust?
-
I looked into it...you can't swap other sbr uppers for that lower technically speaking.
-
@clap5 Yes, Lower is the part being registered as a SBR, but you can use different sbr uppers on the lower as long as it has been registered as an sbr.

@Sturmgewehre I've decided that I need to have one. Didnt think about it until I saw your vids. Never liked the AR pistols but the AK pistols have serious appeal. keep up the good work man.

@7commenter7 It's a one time payment

Is it a one time payment or would you have to pay annually or something?
@Sturmgewehre The Draco AK SBR build was a form 1 right?

@bonesoncampus Yes.

Excellent info, but the time lines are way off. According to the NFA branch it is now taking (even trusts) 6 months. My last Form 1 on a Trust was just over 5 months.

@achngnt When this video was made I had just gotten the paperwork back on my latest SBR in 4 months. But you're right, things have slowed down considerably at the NFA Branch these days. I'm 5 months into my wait for a suppressor. It goes up and down...

Just a question about machineguns, did you say you can no longer buy machineguns or convert a gun to full auto even if you apply with the correct forms?
Rocky1765 2 months ago
@Rocky1765 You can only buy machine guns made before 1986. Anything made after 1986 was banned for private ownership. Dealers can have them as samples, however once the dealer gives up his license he can't keep the firearms.
