Well, I first met him up on the YouTube and we had
conversations back and forth and
he had his ups and downs
in his first round of doing videos and stuff by the
atheist community and anything else
and then he started to straighten out.
He started to just preach the
word of God in the correct fashion and
was leaving, you know, whether atheism
is or isn't the right way to go oanything
and was just sticking to preaching the word of God
like I and other people have been telling him to do
just you know... win the people who want to be won.

and he was doing this for a while

So then he got involved in the donation business there
and it seemed pretty straightforward at the time
but he was doing great things making nice videos there
congregation says oh yeah.. church elders impressed
and since he was in college
he was learning.. or was supposed to be doing
over there, so we thought, anyway... Uhh...
The bishop there offered him a job as an evangelist.
You know...
The Grand Master (youtube handle of another guy) told me [?] sent you an e-mail there.. so..
He declined. I was flabbergasted. [...]
Our church organization is strong.
We got all churches here in [-] and in the US.
and Grand Master's in charge of both sides of the fence.
He said he was getting more money under his donations that what we was offering
him and didn't want to [bow to?] the authority of a church.

He wanted to be on his own.
He has his missions work- uhh-- ministry work -- but unaccountable stuff.

Well, little does Shawn realize that if you're going into ministry, you gotta establish yourself as a non-profit organization and apply to the government agencies and get a NPO license.
He failed to do this.
And so the officials in Canada are quite upset with this.
He had none of that.

If you're going to continue to function
the government treats you as a regular business and you gotta pay full business taxes quarterly like we do in the US and you get to pay taxes there, and he wasn't paying no taxes -- he didn't establish himself for a business license.

Then he got all tangled in the PayPal and everybody else
you know, like you, like you did a great job, you know,
checking him out and finding all these different flaws
in his ministry... Then uhh...

Put the icing on the cake there...
I travelled down to his little university there
and I just seen it, he was just uh...
people that he was... setting up those
interviews, preaching...

And I talked with one of them.. uh.. two of them afterwards there
I asked them, you know, "Now that you got saved -- What are you going to do now?"

He said, "Oh, I've been saved for 10 years."

Yep. They were actually Christians.
All these people that were on there
they said... you know...
He'd ask them questions
"What do you think about this?"
and they just played like actors.
They dummied up and say,
"I dunno.. The Bible?? Who's Jesus?..."
you know...
He protected himself--
He would not really get up there in the line of fire
and have anybody who know something more about the Bible
or a strong atheist who wanted to question everything
and get it on videotape that he was losing.

So he set the stage

correct, and The job that we offered was called an "evangelist."
You know, like, you're familiar with Billy Graham as being an evangelist?
We offered him that job working as an evangelist on our circuit.
We were going to pay him some money
and let him continue his school
then when he was finished his schooling
then he would get a full-time job
and travel the evangelism circuit with other evangelists...
We do pretty good, I mean, it's a good place for a minister to start
and then uh...
We discovered that his academics weren't there.
They wouldn't tell us exactly what he was taking
but we were sure it had nothing to do with the Christian faith.

You're one or the other. You have no room to talk. Not only are you a member of at least one of the groups you're criticizing but in criticizing them, you're taking part in the very activity which is what you're criticizing them FOR. (arguing)

People who claim to be neutral, but also demand that everyone else be neutral as well as just as forward as the folks who choose one side or another, except that they refuse to make a decision.

i just think people should believe whatever they want. it wasnt even directed towards you really. im just saying don't waste your time with arguing your whole life just to prove that someone else is wrong. everyone has their own belief, don't make 10 videos about it. btw i'm not going to respond to anything else because i dont feel like wasting my time on some random guy that i dont even know.

I also think people should believe whatever they want. I think most people on the planet think that. Religion isn't just about what you BELIEVE. Religion dictates what you DO. If you want to BELIEVE that inside every person is a midget trying to get out, that's fine. If you cut people open to find out, that's not fine. Religion cuts people open.
