It's the carillon as a whole at Dordrecht that is the biggest in Europe, not the bourdon bell by itself.
The bell in the video weighs 9,800 kg. It is the largest in the Netherlands, but there are others in Europe which are much heavier. The largest free-swinging church bell in the world is the bell at Cologne, which weighs 24,000 kg.
