Dude that looks so good and cheap plus with MUFA'S the video doesn't really show how to make it would love a more detailed vid could eat that 2 or 3 times a day!

Very nice!!! too bad thta meal has already been digested..... completely converted into filth.... travelled the long small and large intestines....out of the hole and into the toilet into the sewage pipes .... underground...through darkness stink tunnels and out into the ocean.... lol far' fetch'ed!

Ha! Thanks for the comment. My wife and I will be posting our meals as often as we possibly can. Not to mention exercises and workouts.
There's no reason why salads should be bland and boring. I love em. But I load 'em up!
