If you have any relatives or friends with Vista you could go to them and create a repair disk. Go to Control Panel -> System and Security -> Back up and restore. And click on create a system repair disk (it'll be on the left side of the window). Just make sure that the person's OS is 32 bit (or 64 bit) just like yours.
If no one you know uses Vista try Microsoft's website and just download and burn it onto a disk using Linux.

I downloaded backtrack 5 on my Windows Vista and after i downloaded it, it automatically made my operating system Linux, now i can't even use Windows. How can i uninstall backtrack, linux, and restore/make windows my operating system again?

YOU ARE A GENIUS, IT WORKS PERFECTLY ON WINDOWS 7, only that the new version of EasyBCD (2.1) have a diferent configuration (for the ones who dont find the option of write MBR, its on the menu BCD Deployment).
