  • Well you haven't really seen Mexicans then. haha.

    Go to Mexico :)

  • i admire this guy more now.

  • This director makes movies because he likes the art part of it and that's what makes him so unique, not so much about the money. Its extremely rare to find them, but they do exist.

  • @CARLOSGURO No you r wrong he is mexican he speaks like mexican, but he uses sometimes spanish words

    Saludos

  • He is Mexican but he speaks with Spaniard accent, he says tipycal words of Spain, " tío", "pasta", etc, because he lives in Madrid, its the same if you heard one american man speaking with British accent

  • Wow...it's rather rare to find a full interview of him speaking fullly in Spanish

  • I'm so used to hearing him speak in his accented English it's a little weird to see him speaking Spanish.

  • This guy is really inspiring, a true artist. I mean, a genuine artist, very humble.

  • Why are some people surprised he is Mexican? Mexico has the 3rd largest white population in Latin America behind Brazil and Argentina. They're mostly originate from the Spanish and French Empires but theirs Germans and Italians too. Ex: Corridos(music) originated from German polka and the Ceasar Salad was invented in Tijuana, Mexico by a Mexican/Italian named Caesar Cardini. Most Americans associate Mexico with the image of border hoppers. Go to Chipilo in Puebla or Jalisco and be amazed lol
