Reckless embodied and manifested what I have come to most admire and appreciate in mares...their 'heart'. I've not found anything that compares. To see such displayed in challenging situations gives me butterflies in my stomach and goosebumps. Perhaps the word awe is most apropos. I hope those whose lives she touched realize how blessed they were/are to have known her...

Wow! What a fine, well built colt Fearless was. And in spite of the fact that I believe I saw scars and a white patch of hair on Reckless' right side (probably scars and marks from carrying artillery?), she looked really fine too! :-)

Does anyone know what happened to Fearless? He's a beautiful boy -- clearly the apple of his lovely mother's eye.

Wow, this is great. I've seen several B&W stills of Reckless, but it's great to see her in living color. Love the prancing foal at about the 3.30 mark, too.
