  • i did this but its still saying play DVD is it that the other drive has a dead laser but it plays DVDs ive done all this still play DVD Help

  • @leef0324uk I would recommend checking to make sure you have swapped the boards correctly if not return the drive where you bought it and get another one, maybe the one you got was faulty.

  • lol i can flash the new drive with the old drive dvd key and fw, takes less then 10 minutes. flashing is not confusing, it has a step by step guide or YOUTUBE TUTS..

  • @MaNGoMoDZ That is because you do it all the time but the average consumer will need to spend more money and way more time flashing then swapping the boards.
