  • Such beautiful music!

I am going to sing this with my choir in a concert with the headline "peace" this week.

It's very impressive music, especially the first part!

  • Good luck for your performance!! =]

  • i'm singing this for high school, it almost makes me cry. it is absolutely beautiful.

  • This baritone soloist is a bit throaty - kind of an overdone Fozzie Bear effect. But the choir is excellent. What a text!

  • Working on this solo... I started this last semester and performed it twice in small settings. I'm considering performing it at my school's convocation at the end of March. I feel like I can work on this piece for years and still find ways to improve it. Such a big piece.

  • Beautiful! Powerful words and sounds. Thanks.

  • this movement is probably one of the best musical moments of all time

  • @jedigirl2009 Awesome! I went with my high school choir. I sang in choirs from the age of 3 up until last year, when I was 25. :P

  • @sitonthecouch yes that I am :) I've been in a chorus since i was 14. So for 6 years now :)

  • @jedigirl2009 Yep!! I was 15 in 2000 when we performed it! That's awesome that you had the same experience, and also awesome that you're a Star Wars fan (as I'm guessing by your screen name). :)

  • @sitonthecouch In new york city? I performed this piece when I was 17 there in 2008 :)

  • @DeBusuNyanNyan I'm a 1st tenor BTW

  • my choir performing this piece for our concert this week. Section III is my favorite out of the whole piece. I really love the whole thing though, its amazing.

  • Thanks for posting! This is one of my favorite things to plunk out on the piano on a saturday afternoon. :)
