This is a video that shows how a counterweight inside a crown is displaced in order to thrust the PicoRover while the Elphel camera stays horizontal. The PicoRover is one of the lunar rovers of the Team FREDNET contestant for the Google Lunar X-Prize. This lunar rover was designed by students in the UPC university in Barcelona and may resist high temperatures and vacuum over the Moon's regolith.
