  • this is proof that good sound comes from the player himself and not the instrument.

Give coltrane a crappy sax and he'll still sound great !!!

    Great performance !

  • @riqyl32 Thanks for your friendly comment!

  • How lovely. What mouthpiece do you use, surely not the Startone supplied? Sounds as good as anything I've heard anywhere.

  • @snowypetrel Hi snowypetrel - I´m glad you liked this vid! You´re right, the mouthpiece is not the startone-mp. It´s a Selmer Session E with a Harry Hartmanns medium-hard fiberreed! Thanks for your interest and for subscribing! All the best - Peer

Woran arbeitest Du musikalisch gerade? LG Peer

  • @brasstudent11 Thanks for your interest! Yes, this sax is much better than I expected. You know that I used a selmer super session mouhpiece? So a good mouthpiece is recommended. Much luck with your Startone SAS 75 - Peer

  • hi peer,

im a beginner n found the saxophone you use at thomann site n cost about 200E

it sounds amazing the way you play it!

What do you think? Should i buy it or isnt of a good quality (made in china?)?

i know average price of a saxo is about 700E
