1st half of video reviews the Georgia Tech(1/15/1989)game.
2nd half shows the Ohio St(1/29/1989) and Virginia Tech(2/1/1989)games.
Most card fans will remember the importance of this Ohio St game. Following to season opening losses at Xavier, and the buzzer beater at Vandy. The cards at this point had run off 14 straight victories beating #10 UNLV and #19 Georgia Tech. In this game against #17 Ohio St Pervis went down with the knee injury and even when he returned later in the season the cards never seemed to get back to playing the type of ball they were playing before his injury. Eventually losing in the 3rd round of the NCAA's against a loaded #3 Illinois team.

Don't get me wrong; I love Coach Crum and what he has done for our program.

On his radio shows now though, it seems like he has a real distaste for Rick Pitino an UofL now. I don't get it.
