Bad Driver FailToYeild Willian D Tate 10-21-2011

Bad driver seen on William D Tate in Grapevine Texas failing to yield to oncoming traffic. The Honda turns left in front of the Escalade on a unprotected green light (Honda does not have the green left arrow). The Escalade does a good job avoiding an accident, but the Escalade did not have to stop, the Honda should have yielded.
