1) The channel owner has 1,000 or more subscribers.
2) The channel owner has been tagged as having a gift for communication, i.e. the ability to draw in viewers, which is deemed "threatening" to the mainstream media monopoly;
3) The channel owner is speaking too much truth for comfort and must be discredited by any means possible using every possible tactic.
4) Attacks on the channel owner rarely address the issues-- only the person, i.e. ad hominem attacks.
4) The channel owner is widely and incessantly attacked for his DOG, his MARRIAGE, his SANITY, his PERSONALITY, his INTEGRITY, his RELIGION, his bad FRIENDS, etc... ad nauseum-- again the issues he brings up are NOT discussed -- only inflated and usually unproven or libelous personal attacks on the owner are discussed. Guilt by association is a favorite.
5) Attempt to co-opt the channel... TPTB often try to lure a channel owner with offers of a "reporting job" they pay the owner for a dangerous reporting job( ie. bad neighborhoods, quarantine zones, etc, and then claim the channel owner scammed them! A classic honeypot setup...
6) TPTB begin to target a channel with multiple flags and fake copyright violations... while all the girly and cute puppy channels remain unattacked.
7)TPTB spread the channel owner's personal information -- address, phone number, marriage issues, etc... ALL OVER THE WEB as a form of intimidation, as per COINTELPRO manual rule #7.
8) TPTB call and threaten the channel owner.
9) TPTB use divide and conquer tactics on the subscribers... appealing to their jealousy over the channel's success or simply barraging the comment section with negative comments designed to garner sheeple followers against the channel.
10) TPTB go on internet forums and pose as the channel owner-- saying wacky things to discredit the channel.. they also classically accuse the channel owner of having multiple sock puppet accounts...as if that is some sort of capital offense... LOL..
