  • Extremely rare any of us technicians are given due credit in public for their contribution in bringing ideas in real world. You need a certain amount of know-how and intelligence, of course, but above all, creativity and dedication. Cheers Mr. Rogers!

  • @ThibetanMonk In our research group, the technicians are co-authors of the papers that we publish if they made a significant to the research in that paper. That's well earned, because they do some amazing work.

  • god dammit, i'll be damned if where i live (italy) there's something like this, im a mechanic and i do the pretty same things this ''guy'' do but i am in a factory

    i think working in an university, hand to hand with engineers to shape and experiment in armony new things has to be simply great
