I love your videos from you and shona kay both! They have helped me understand so much. And the littlest bit of doubt that she was guilty is gone thanks to what I have seen in your reports. I am sorry but after seeing a man tape my babys eyes shut He would have been out the door. With all the doucmented abuse seeing that would be my closure on knowing he was behind It. @BROOMCR...god bless you for bringing attention to this, and raising awareness for Kelsey. Just remember, the Brigg's, DHS, and her other grandparents failed her too. No one is innocent in this. No one fought hard enough for poor kelsey. RD didn't deserve that beautiful girl. I hope to see you one day Kelsey, I will hold you tight and never let go. Everyone got blinded by their anger. They all have lied. I'm just starting to learn about this case,so I don't have all the facts. All I know...is that they are ALL guilty. Can someone explain to me why the Briggs didn't see kelsey again after the end of August? She died in October! I am just SO ANGRY! I have a 2 year old, and I would have taken her and ran as far as I could. I just don't understand how this happened...

RD was a monster, and I don't think you're being objective. I'm on KELSEY's side, no one else's. All of them failed her. Everyone will say they should have done more. People should stop taking sides and think of Kelsey,she died feeling all alone. Why didn't the grandparents (on both sides) just take kelsey and run? If they truly thought she was being abused,how could they live one minute knowing that kelsey was left in that house?

I'm not ashamed for what I said. I have worked on several cases like Kelsey's. It is tragic. She never had a chance. Perhaps you should take a step back and look at it with no vested emotion; like an outsider with experience. Then, you probably wouldn't be telling me to be ashamed for what I said. You would be ashamed at our system for not stepping in and protecting this innocent child from all of the selfish, neglectful people around her.

That's not true. The Briggs fought to get custody of Kelsey and nobody would listen to them. You should be ashamed of what you said. Kelsey would have been a happy little girl if she had lived with her father and her mommy Ashley!!!!

You need to read the book that the pathetic judge in this case wrote. Luckily admist his whining and crying, there are copies of legal documents in the book. This little girl should have been placed with an adoptive family. The bottom line is this: A little girl was senselessly abused and ultimately murdered and all I've seen and heard are the survivors associated with this case throwing themselves a never-ending pity party. As I said before, EVERYONE failed this little girl.

First of all, Lance isn't violent. That statement Raye made about him beating her is a lie!!! Second of all, Raye is just as bad if not worse than Mike because it is a mother's job to protect her baby and she failed to do that. It took the Briggs and Sigmans to plead for the life of an innocent child. Their plead which was ignored. And maybe they think that Raye killed Kelsey. She had motive, she didn't want Lance to get custody of his little girl.

J, I am glad you pointed out the fact that Kelsey called Ashley "Mommy Ashley".

It's also important to note that Kelsey didn't call Kathie "Kafie" she called her "Grandma."

I have a video clip where Kelsey clearly calls Kathie "grandma" she don't call her "Kafie."

That is 2 proven lies of Raye's in the letter she wrote to OK officials.
