That made me laugh. It is obviously full of crap. Carefully edited to omit anything someone did to cause police action with false "explainations" covering the editing.
Examples:
1) It wasn;t gunfire sounded like a paintball gun and from the way the cameraman was coughing he probably caught an OC filled paintball.
2) The man on the ground may or may not have been bleeding, Betting it was OC.
3) Bogus explanation of officer intimidating by pointing. See the FLASHLIGHT ATTCAHED go on and off?
