Amen Brother The Lord is Our Strength! I was sick with the flue when I tried it. I'll try it again. Aslo the end was cut crooked and it rolled when I got it up just before putting it on my shoulder to lift it all the way in the air. Its dificult because it is short and fat and I was lifting it up hill. I've lifted longer ones that were heavier, with more ease.

Thy lord God says thouest mediocre redneck should not test thy lord by doing useless difficult things designed to inreaseth thy self pride but should do useful loving things to help thy fellow man. Maybe dig a well for your thristy brethren in an African or Asian country. Use all that energy for something more useful than building your ego. There's nothing wrong with lifting weights it is quite enjoyable but don't use it to prove God's existence or that your faith is strong.
