keane - brisbane - 2009

Keane returning to Australia for the first time in five years to finish their aussie tour in brisbane. They played the tivoli and DAMN! This was the first time I had seen them and they simply kaned. This video is from that night of them playing "Nothing in my way" from their second album "Under the Iron Sea".

the audio is on a mobile phone, which of course works fine except that it picked up the kick drum as pretty much pure distortion since we were pretty close to the speaker stack. So try and bear with it. I hope you enjoy it. If you get the chance to go see Keane, DO IT.

ah crap! i had that happen to me at another gig where the bouncer kept trying to block/grab my camera too, argh! Luckily at keane i was back far enough in the crowd to not really get noticed.
