hello , i have question ,im interested in learning how to spear fish but alot of people are telling me i need to learn how free dive first, is nescessary for me to take free diving classes before i start spear fishing not , please help me

Amazing how long you can hold you breath, how long did it take for you to get to hold your breath so long? im going to start trying to dive myself, (in a pool) soon, but if its fun i will enter the club and will try freediving

i got these fins called bio fins i read label turns out because there different design they use up more oxygen .

yes, it's gara3000
But I think fins don't matter very much.
Free diving traning would depends on sea condition.(Korean sea is quite toughTT)

You can start with training book such as 'Manual of freediving'
