Thanks for this video! Bad knees limit me to the recumbent bike, and I wanted to add an upper body component to my cardio workout, so I've recently started a similar routine, using wrist weights instead of barbells. What gets me past the "awkwardness" is my iPod workout playlist. I just get into the rhythm and go for it. I probably look totally demented to the other gym members but who cares! I'm getting a GREAT workout, better cardio and who knows how many additional calories burned! :*}
