How to EASILY drill through glass

Drilling one of the sump drain holes with a cheap diamond-bit holesaw to fit a 1.5" bulkhead in my 20 gallon long reef tank. All you need is a cheap diamond-bit holesaw from eBay, running water to cool the glass and dampen the vibrations, and steady hands. Of course, this can also probably be used to build a bong. Not that I'm condoning or encouraging such behavior. :)

@ReeferDave Of course, the water was supposed to be running over the hole but I had the stream on too low, and I didn't want to remove the drill bit to fix the water once it was already in progress

@LuckyCharms432 lexan wont melt.....however it could become highly flexible so depending on what you intend to do with it you may need to frame it to prevent distortion

Is there any material outside of glass that wont melt in the sun or become distorted and is see through?
