i just drank a quart of the salt water. it was disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i puked it out and it tasted just as bad on the way out. made me so sick, it was horrible. i think from now on i will just drink the tea. YUCK

To those who are experienced, i would sincerely like you to answer my question with the utmost clarity. Being a health freak, i have done the SWF 3 times on seperate ocasions when i was younger.... but have you ever thought about the repercusions of the salt water flush in terms of killing the intestinal bacteria?
I mean leaving the role of toxins and cleansing aside, what happens when these inestinal bacteria dies, espescially the good ones....they are vital for digestion!!!

@k624m make sure its sea salt you're using.. also make some mint tea... split the 'concuction' into 3.. down one.. sip on the mint tea... down the 2nd.. mint tea.. then the 3rd and rinse it with the tea :D how this helps!!

the salt water just absolutely kills me.. I know that its optional to do the tea in the morning instead of the salt water so if you use the tea instead of the salt water do the results not show up as well as if when u do the salt water?,,my other question is would I mess up my cleanse results if I eat on the weekend and resume my cleanse during the week?
