this .....along with her other videos, helped minimize my neck pain, I am still doing them everyday...for those of you who have something negative to say.......how bout you post a series of legit excercises and see if you help anyone.....btw to all of you who posted something negative....don't you have something better to do than sit on the computer and complain about things....get outside and enjoy life!!!!!
