Wayne Allyn Root - 2012 Libertarian Candidate for President

Wayne Allyn Root wants to stop putting people in prison for owning private property (drugs, guns, gold, silver, etc...). He believes that victimless crimes should not result in prison sentences. He is the only person on the American political scene who can end the drug war, and return the USA to sound currency. He is also the only presidential candidate who believes in restoring due process and proper jury trial to the American people (by ending "voir dire" and other practices that were originally designed to allow racist law enforcement to harass blacks and other political minorities). The practice of "voir dire" (prosecutorial jury selection) began in 1850, because northern juries were refusing to enforce the fugitive slave law. Root also disagrees with the SCOTUS "Sparf and Hansen" decision that allowed judges to stop informing juries of their right to acquit.

The public schools teach nothing of jury rights, or their loss, so when people get into a courtroom, they are totally unprepared for the fact that the prosecution has stacked their jury full of idiots before the trial even started. The defense attorneys are all members of the BAR, so when the judge tells them to shut up, they listen (for fear of losing their jobs, or losing favor with that judge). The judges, cops, and prosecutors all work for the state, and are typically hopelessly biased socialist thugs.

The reinstatement of the jury as the supreme law of the land is necessary if we are to be a free country.

The way judges currently treat juries is contemptible. As is the practice of rigging the jury with illiterate morons. No such jury can be considered proper or "common law" as the 6th amendment demands.

Terry Shiavo was MURDERED. Her adulterous husband wanted to do away with an incovienent life & further had a vendetta against her parents & brother who truly loved THEIR daughter/sister & believed that HE A TRAINED NURSE was the reason that she ended up in a comatose state. In short, Shiavo & his hound from hell attorney got away with MURDER! Any good views that you hold are now moot in my eyes!

He's got the right idea, but I don't know. I have a sheeple friend that says she will ONLY vote for a Libertarian candidate, so I wanted to see who they were. So far this guy is just about it. I'm leaning more toward Ron Paul, he knows his history, and he has had the same base principles since the 70's. I am not part of a party, I look at the candidates all individually, and they are all puppets. (except Dr. Paul)
