Vera's whey is pretty good, she mixes in different berries and stuff too. Tastes good, goes down smooth, good absorption. Tried a few samples lately.

Yep, the amino acids in raw whey protien powder are much more usable to the body than those in the junk isolate powders that come from pasteurized milk, where the natural (damaged) atomic arrangements of the protein chains are in a different atomic arrangement due to heat unfolding rather than natural unfolding via the bodies enzymatic processes, which doesn't change the natural atomic arrangement, thus rendering it more usable in future utilization in protein synthesis.

@JackNeedles i agree with you there and i believe its worth the extra time and cost to get the better choice. it feels much better in the body too :)
