Hi my name is Brittani and this is a song I wrote and copyrighted called Let Them Fall.
Verse 1:
Traveling this lonely road, sometimes it gets so hard,
But I'm holding onto faith
Oh I've cried so many nights, and I've failed many times,
But his promise still remains
Pre- chorus:
I'm not perfect by any means, and I've made my share of mistakes,
But I'm saved by his grace
I am cleansed by his love, Christ has washed my filth away
Chorus:
I will stand up for what's right, I'm not backing down
I'm gonna let the chains fall to the ground
I'm not giving up, I'm running this race
I'm fighting to the end I won't be afraid, I'm not afraid
Verse 2:
Beauty from ashes, hope from sorrow, just cast your cares on him
It doesn't matter who you are, or what you have done
No matter how small or great the sin
Pre- Chorus:
He's calling out your name, he's reaching out his hand to you
There is hope for this life, but you've got to choose... watcha gonna do?
Chorus:
Will you stand up for what's right, or are you going down?
Let the chains fall to the ground
Don't give up now, you've got to run this race
Fight to the end and don't be afraid, don't be afraid
Instrumental/ bridge:
It's all on the line, watcha gonna do?
Chorus:
We will stand up for what's right, we're not backing down
We're gonna let the chains fall to the ground
We're not giving up, we're finishing this race
We're fighting to the end, we're not afraid, we're not afraid
Let the chains fall to the ground... let them fall
Thanks for the advice, I want to do all I can to make music the best it can be (:

Really strong, raw vocal. The lyrics need to be pruned somewhat, but the concept is pretty sound.
One other thing: you're kind of working yourself into a box in terms of what chord progressions, feel and rhythms you use, causing your songs to sound the same. You need to start changing things up in that regard. Again, listen to the songwriters I recommended earlier and see if that helps. Experiment with different styles. Anything that will expand your vocabulary helps.
