Haha lol Shock....I was crushed too... santa is a mans copycat image of God. there are simularititys.. lives in the north, white hairs white as snow.. Santa may have been created to take worship and focus off Christ and on him.. God bless

My parents always told me that Santa wasn't real. They never lied to me about any make believe character. Instead they taught me about St Nicholas. A real saint in "the book of the saints" Check your local library. It tells of a man who remained anonymous (but revealed later) leaving presents at poor people's doors and windows. He wasn't rich himself. His church took care of him for a while. He gave ALL year long, not just one day. Read about him and St Valentine (valentines day).
