The elder scrolls 4: Oblivion maximum tweaked

READ THE DESCRIPTION !!! THERE WERE SOME SEVERAL LAGGS, BUT THEY WERE JUST BECAUSE OF FRAPS ( the recording software ). I recorded just 25 fps and it slightly slows down the game. If i wouldn't record, it wouldn't lag.

List of tweaks in the video:
-Qarl's texture pack 3 ( QTP 3),
-Improved trees and flora 2,
-Oblivion graphics extender ( OGE ),
-Quarl's LOD textures 4096x4096,
-Improved fruites and vegetable ( not in video ),
-improved grass distance.

Oblivion with almost all tweaks, on resolution 1280x1024. I've got an ATi Radeon 4870 HD 512mb. I could record it with 24x anti aliansing, but there's no difference ( almost no diference ). If i would, then it would just slow down the game ( because of Fraps ).

I used some cheats too:
fw 00038eee = nice and clear weather,
tcl = toggle collision ( flying and going through everything),
twf = toggle wireframe,
set timescale to = sets how fast the time goes :D

Songs: from Might and Magic 7: Earthia, Harmondale(at the beginning), from Oblivion: Atmosphere 7, from Guilty Gear XX reloaded: Latez (at the end).

this is way not maxed out but without modding it is really not bad

What the fuck?! I have a Radeon 6870 1GB and I don't get performance like that, if I mod the game AND want to enable AA I can only enable 4X tops if I don't want a shitload of lag :P
