The Duke was on massive pain killers, as are most end stage cancer patients. Opoid pain killers like Mophine, etc., cause your GI tract to shut down, no peristalsis = no bowel movements = 40 pounds of crap in the poor guy. Colon cleansing is good. Exploiting cancer to sell stuff is somthing else.
