Possibly wrote with most of Double Fantasy & Milk and Honey in his 2 month holiday in Bermuda in June 1980

Notice the tribute in the song to Paul McCartney in the lyrics, "Every day, in every way, it's getting better and better." This is from The Beatles' song "Getting Better

I remember that DAY. Monday Dec. 8 1980. I was watching the movie 'Ghost and Mrs. Muir'.....Peter Jennings broke through. He said 'Former Beatle John Lennon..' and my eyes lit up. I thought it must be something Good. When I HEARD, my blood pressure shot up and I had a severe nose bleed. My cat lay herself in front of me because I could not stop crying...........
