Must be an old video. It seems it is between Kaya and Dori on one of the barrages. There is an excellent dirtroad now, which makes the route safe, allbeit not so spectacular anymore :-)

That could get scary because of the fast water. I'll bet that a lot of people get swept away there when it rains, don't they?
