I think this dachshund is a bit to skinny... But it's dangerous for a doxie to be fat! So rather a bit skinny then fat.

There is nothing at all wrong with this dachshund weight. In fact most dachshunds are OVER WEIGHT! I have a little long haired cream boy also named Bailey (hes only 5 weeks old!) Bred from my Cream long haired bitch, Tia, who is also very lean! I love your video!

He actually looks the perfect weight according to any veternarians and breeder standards. Dachshund's MUST stay lean to protect their backs. The video shows his ribs when he's turned, but as he is walking he appears to be a healthy boy.
