  • @stkdillenger819 the man can do what the fuck he wants. Damn, who are you?

  • DAMN. he does everything!

  • @stkdillenger819 you're the one who's ridiculous. i bet you're just a pussy ass fagot who can't box at all, and just as i've said, he's just boxing for health reasons and cardio, didn't you read my comment?!? what a fucking idiot.

  • 0:32 wtf was that give it up guy go pop sum roids.

  • @7xrepiv i def share the same views. being to the point where you cant even fck your girl cuz your too big wow

  • @boypula he doesnt belong anywhere near a punching bag. all those years of trying to get bigger make him look ridiculous trying to box. just cut it out

  • to all the haters that are checking out this video, you guys obviously don't know who this guy is punching the bag, he is the mary land muscle machine kevin levrone, a retired ifbb pro bodybuilder so stop saying that he can't punch for shit, or he punches too slow, or he looks too big for a boxer. the reason why he's doing this is just to incorporate a cardiovascular workout, he isn't training for a boxing match, this exercise is just for health reasons and of course to stay fit so stop hating!

  • @7xrepiv Yeh cuz you can talk and punch insane fast with good tech..

  • his punches are super slow, either its cuz he is tiered or just to big. But i would rather not pack that much muscle and be quick and still have a heavy punch.

  • @brightonblock Levrone used to be one of the top bodybuilders in the world during the 1990s and early 2000s (where he'd literally dwarf what you see here). You're absolutely right about the injuries. I remember preparing for a Golden Gloves tournament and I was hitting the bag without wrapping my hands at the end of my sparring/workout. Ended up tweaking my wrist really bad and couldn't fight.
